Medicaid Transportation

Welcome to the LogistiCare website for New York City Medicaid enrollees, Managed care enrollees (except those in Managed Long-term care Plans), medical practitioners and non-emergency medical transportation providers. The New York State Department of Health has contracted with LogistiCare to manage Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation services (NEMT) in New York City.

This program is meant to reduce barriers for arranging needed transportation, improve quality of the services and to ensure accountability for Medicaid trips.
